We are a growing SaaS company based in Silicon Valley, with offices in Atlanta, GA and Edinburgh, Scotland, and we are expanding our Atlanta and Edinburgh-based Sales Development Team. Job Description As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your responsibility is to proactively respond to Inbound inquiries from our website and sales line in a timely manner, present our value proposition, gather key information around business needs, and qualify them for a more in-depth discussion with an Account Executive. Responsibilities * Identify, qualify, and create new sales opportunities by responding to Inbound inquiries via UserTesting's website, chat platform, and sales line * As this position is often the first point of contact with prospective customers, you are required to conduct business dealings in a professional and proactive manner * Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries in a timely fashion * Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with an Account Executive * Qualify leads to ensure we can address their pain points and provide value to them * Thoroughly vet leads to confirm they conform to company guidelines * "Multi-channel" follow-up - own inbound sales phone line and webchat * Engage with customers, both on the telephone and with email, to analyze their needs * Profile the account and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Account Executive team * Collaborate with marketing research team and sales on lead quality and conversion rates * Overcome prospect objections * Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as defined by the business * Maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment * Infrequent travel to help with trade-shows and other marketing and sales events (not including Happy Hours/Dinners/Lunches where outbound efforts have been made to invite prospects) Qualifications * Four-year college degree or equivalent experience * 2+ years business experience, with at least one in a sales-related role * Clear communication skills and excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to influence and speak with C-Level and senior executives and ask thought-provoking questions * Ability to understand and successfully promote UserTesting's technical offerings and solution sets * Strong interpersonal skills (friendly, outgoing, not afraid to talk to strangers) * Excellent time management skills * Have a passion and commitment for success * Be self-motivated, disciplined, and demonstrate excellent time management skills * Ability to manage several tasks and assignments concurrently * Quick learner who is self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency * Able to work both independently and jointly within a team setting * Adaptive to change in an entrepreneurial environment * Strong technical aptitude and experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Google Business Apps is a plus Additional Information Besides a great work environment and the opportunity to change the world, we offer a competitive salary, benefits, plenty of perks, as well as stock options.
