Payroll Administrator South West London £22,000 to £26,000 37.5 hours a week 9 am to 5.30 pm Mon to Thursday and Friday 9:00 am to 5 pm About the company: Our Client is an established payroll and outsourcing company that has been established for over 20 years. Delivering the highest quality of customer service and information regarding payroll technology and legislation. A fast developer that prides itself on its services and has expansion on its agenda.Part of an immediate team of six administrators. The company employs 45 people in total. Benefits Private medical Season ticket loans 33 days holiday including public holidays Staff Treats portal on completion of probation Quarterly social events Excellent training and development programme Pension Scheme Why should I apply: This is an established reputable firm Offering excellent career progression Competitive Salary and Package What you will be doing: End-to-end processing of payroll with portfolios of varying sizes Ensuring all clients payrolls are processed accurately and that payslips, statutory returns, and reports are produced and validated in the agreed timeframe Undertake day-to-day payroll activity to ensure practical knowledge and smooth running of the service Implementing new starter information and HMRC tax notifications Processing leavers; including last payment calculations and creating P45’s Monthly PAYE liability reconciliation and Month-end volume reconciliation Producing and despatching employee tax documents Producing and sending HMRC Real Time Information and Pension electronic files Ad-hoc technical and administrative tasks Good knowledge of statutory processes Able to quickly adapt to new software Excellent knowledge of Excel and Outlook High-level attention to detail Excellent telephone manner Team player that remains calm under pressure The Ideal Candidate will have the following: • 2 Years’ experience in a high-volume payroll environment • Be happy to travel to South West London • Experience of working collaboratively in a team environment • Ensure client payrolls are cleared and managed efficiently and effectively • Highly developed communication skills able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels • Customer service oriented with a positive and motivated approach. • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritise as necessary • Must have excellent written and verbal skills
