Overview
Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Taylor Rose are currently working with a highly reputable firm of chartered accountants in Reading who, as a result of continued growth, are now seeking to recruit an ambitious Business Services / Accounts Senior to join their team. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified (QBE or AAT Qualified also considered) from a practice background and will be experienced in the preparation of year end statutory accounts, management accounts, tax compliance and dealing with ad hoc client queries. You will work closely with the Partner whilst working on your own diverse client portfolio preparing accounts for a wide range on non-audited clients. The role can be seen in more detail below: Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of clients Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies Preparation of accounts for a wide range on non-audited clients. Corporation tax computations Preparation of management accounts Liaising with Managers and Partners Dealing with ad hoc client queries Requirements: ACA/ ACCA Qualified (ideally) AAT Qualified/ QBE also considered Good working knowledge of accountancy software including Sage and Xero Practice experience is essential For further information on this role please contact Ed Taylor at Taylor Rose Recruitment
