Deputy Manager Maidstone, Kent Full Time £19.00 p/h Great Benefits We are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for a Nursing Home in Maidstone, Kent. This purpose-built home caters for up to 50 residents , providing care to those with Dementia, Mental Health Conditions and Old Age. They pride themselves on providing an environment where the highest standard of care is delivered , dignity is respected and where life can be enjoyed to its fullest potential and are looking for a Deputy Manager to join and lead their friendly and committed staff team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Supporting the Home Manager in the day to day running of the home. Providing clinical leadership to the staff teams Ensuring standards are high at all times Liaising with external bodies and residents’ families Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
