Nurse Jobs - Maidstone, Kent ( RGN, RMN or RNLD / Registered Adult Nurse, Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse ) Job Title: Deputy Manager ( Nurse qualified ) Location: Maidstone, Kent Hours: Full Time - (This role includes 1 shift per week which can be one 12 hours per week or two 6 hour shifts. This also includes alternate weekend working.) Shifts: Days Hours: 40 hours Pay: £40,000 Care Home Details : The Home is highly rated on carehome.co.uk with fantastic reviews from residents, families and staff. The home has a fantastic reputation and CQC inspection history with an overall good result. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Assistance with daily management of the home: Take responsibility for the running of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager. Help the registered manager with the general management of the home working under their guidance and leadership. Support the Registered Manager produce and maintain the systems and procedures for auditing and assuring quality of care provided by the home.
