With 30 stores across the UK and plan’s for continued growth, this business seeks a talented and ambitious Deputy Manager for their store in Leeds. Looking for Manager with a Luxury / Mid-Market background, who can support the Store Manager in the ongoing success of the store, increasing sales and ensure high standards of service at all times. The Role: As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the daily running of the store You will be responsible for motivating staff, to maximise sales and add on sales, and leading by example at all times. You will be ambitious and always eager to go the extra mile to support the business As the Deputy Manager you will be a key holder, oversee store security, and be responsible for cashing up and banking You will ensure customer service standards are of the highest standards at all times Ideal Candidate: To be suitable for this role you will be a current Deputy Manager working within high-end / luxury fashion, ideally formal menswear.
