Overview
Our highly professional and well regarded Tunbridge Wells based client is currently seeking a Mortgage Broker to join their hardworking team. This is a growing company, that supports their team members, offering full training and career development. Key skills and responsibilities: Building relationships to provide accurate advice the company’s range of regulated products, applying your expert knowledge Conducting face to face meetings with customers Proactively managing the customer experience from application to completion Identifying broader opportunities Candidates will need: Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practise (CeMAP) or Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ) and previous experience in advising customers on mortgage products Previous experience in a customer-facing role A good understanding of the mortgage market, products and services Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to overcome challenges Successful candidates will receive a competitive salary, uncapped OTE, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension along with other generous benefits To be considered, please contact Melissa with your CV immediately, as our client is actively interviewing now.
