Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 70 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing. We require high quality, experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisers to work for the market leading, premier mortgage broker practices & estate agency, Miles & Barr in their network of successful offices due to continued expansion & growth They are one of the most highly respected and well established businesses trading in their area at this time and you can expect a fantastic support package. Branches include Whitstable, Canterbury, Folkestone and Ramsgate. Lead generation is key and this business is supremely pro-active and fully embraces the FS culture quality advisers require with high quality appointments being at the forefront of the business, generated by their dedicated estate agency staff working in high value property sales. First year earnings for a quality adviser are realistically in the region of £40,000 pa on a competitive employed basis with a generous uncapped commission structure. You will be working in a team that is fully established and geared up to support a quality adviser with full marketing, lead generation, market leading systems, training support and a proven track record to deliver high volumes of business. You will need to be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 12-18 months experience and be able to demonstrate a fantastic track record in the estate agency sector with proven figures. In addition to this we expect you to be competitive, self reliant and persistent with high energy levels and be self driven.
