Overview
Car allowance & Uncapped commission Consegna Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the UK’s biggest Mortgage Brokers/Packagers that offers UK based advice and are based in Kent. They act as a Mortgage Broker to help their customers find the best deal possible utilising Mortgage Advisors who give Professional Advice, but also act as a Mortgage Packagers to help other Mortgage Advisors submit business and maximise revenue. As a Mortgage Advisor your job will be to maximise & convert inbound opportunities from customers seeking a Mortgage or BTL and see the applications through to completion. You will be required to work alongside other members of the team, such as the Mortgage Case Managers and ensure you are the best Mortgage Advisor you can be and that you are professional at all times. The aim is to build lasting relationships with the customers you work with ensure they will continue to use you as their Mortgage Advisor for ongoing applications. Mortgage Advisor Key Requirements: CeMAP Qualified Clean credit file Able to convert in bound applications for both Mortgages/BTL’s Be able to build lasting relationships Utilise IT systems & sales support to ensure you are giving the best possible advice Have a can-do attitude and be a team player Work closely with the Mortgage Case Management Team to get applications through to completion Proactively manage a database of existing clients Ensure all applications are completed following company compliance guidelines This is an opportunity to work for a Whole-of-Market where you will be able to expand your Mortgage Knowledge and be part of a successful team.
