Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting for a long standing client, a well-established, highly reputed UHNW IFA that seeks an experienced Senior Administrator to join their friendly team. The client advises both individual and corporate clients and are truly ultra HNW. They offer a professional, friendly and supportive working environment in well equipped, modern offices. Alongside the highly competitive salary, the comprehensive benefits package includes: Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Income Protection, DIS, Annual Bonus, and 22 days holiday which increases with service to a max. of 25 days. The role involves providing full administrative support to the advisers, including new business, quotes/illustrations, fee reconciliation, and client liaison. To be considered for this position you will need to have considerable previous IFA administration experience, both individual and corporate, and will be Diploma qualified (or equivalent) or very close to completing. Previous supervisory/leadership experience is highly desirable as the responsibilities will also involve overseeing two junior administrators whose workload is focussed on corporate business, though also includes some private client administration. Technical product knowledge should cover Investment Bonds (onshore and offshore), ISAs, VCTs, Pensions (individual and group), Private Medical Insurance, and Life. Applicants must be competent in the use of IRESS (formally 1st Software), including fee reconciliation. Otherwise, applicants will be highly client service focused, natural team players, well organised, first class written and spoken communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritise, and will have a very keen eye for detail.
