The Role: We are looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor with great communications and relationship building skills to be work in Guildford. You will be responsible for the day to day clinical delivery of OH services through the provision of sickness management, health surveillance, immunisation, and delivering effective health promotion. The successful Senior Occupational Health Advisor will also undertake clinical supervison, recruitment, coaching and training, audits and help plan and implement new and ongoing OH initiatives while contributing to the strategic development of the OH service. Our client provides33 days holiday rising with service, a workplace pension and a range of other employee benefits. This role can be either full-time or part-time. You will be an RGN, have an Occupational Health (Diploma or degree) qualification and at least five years of demonstrable OH experience, with 3 years of this including senior OH experience.
