Would you like to work closer to home within an award-winning, Top 15 Accountancy Practice? Are you an ACA or ACCA Qualified Audit Senior or Finalist who is looking to join a larger firm? Having recently spoken with this well-established Top 15 accountancy practice, I am seeking an Audit Senior to join their ever-growing audit team. Based in the heart of Guildford, this Audit Senior position is ideal for those commuting in from Leatherhead, Farnham, Woking and surrounding areas. This Audit Senior role is very diverse, with a wide range of responsibilities and great opportunities for fast career progression. There are regular promotion cycles and clear-cut criteria making it the ideal firm for those seeking professional and personal growth whilst working autonomously. As well as being a Top 15 practice, this firm offers a flexible and agile working scheme with core working hours of 10am - 4pm making it perfect for those parents doing the school run They also host vibrant social events including lavish Christmas and summer parties. As an Audit Senior you will be: Effectively managing the audit process, with risk factor consideration Managing client relationships as well as supervising less experienced staff Utilising your business development skills and identifying sales opportunities Identifying areas of improvement Staff Management: assist and perform training of junior staff, whilst reviewing their work What's Next?
