Are you a bubbly and confident individual seeking a temporary role in a busy and successful company? Our client is seeking a number of experienced customer service candidates to join their team on a temporary basis to assist with a large project - you MUST be able to commit from 23rd March until 17th April. Due to the rural location you MUST also be able to drive. If this is something you can commit to, then please apply now The Job Role: High volume outbound calls to customers to confirm details for an upcoming event Dealing with any customer queries Logging all calls made, ensuring data in inputted correctly Using a script Experience/ Requirements: Telephone based customer service experience is ESSENTIAL You should be self-motivated, inquisitive, driven and have attention to detail Own transport is ESSENTIAL The Package: Excellent working hours of 9am - 5pm An hourly rate of £8.21 - £8.50 Working as part of a friendly successful team Working in a unique rural office environment Job ref.
