1st/2nd Line Support/Desktop Support Analyst, 2nd Line Support Technician /IT Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Service Engineer / IT Service Desk Technician / Helpdesk Engineer / IT Support Technician / Support Technician / Technical Support / IT Support / IT Systems Engineer / IT Systems Support / Desktop Support/Second Line Support/Service Desk Analyst Type: Permanent Location: City of London Salary: Up to £35,000 per Annum 1st/2nd Line Support/Desktop Support Analyst, 2nd Line Support Technician /IT Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Service Engineer / IT Service Desk Technician / Helpdesk Engineer / IT Support Technician / Support Technician / Technical Support / IT Support / IT Systems Engineer 1st/2nd Line Support required to join a small IT Team based in the City of London for a global bank The chosen candidate will have experience within similar IT Support Analyst roles within a Windows Server/Windows OS environment along with exposure to supporting internal users with software/desktop and hardware issues. Day to day you will be provide internal support to users alongside Senior System Support Engineers and help support on IT related projects.
