Overview
New opportunities have arisen to work for a North London based housing provider for various Multi Trade Operative's. My client is seeking experienced individuals who have a core trade e.g (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrician, Bricklaying, Groundswork, Painting, UPVC, Plastering etc). The successful candidates will have the opportunity to join an exciting new team with the potential of being made permanent. Duties & Responsibilities: Complete repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties Ensure customer service is maintained at a high level at all times Have a core trade as well as having other skills and trades knowledge Qualifications Required: City & Guilds/ NVQ Qualified - Level 2 Enhanced DBS Check You will be supplied with: A van Fuel Card
