Overview

Leading Financial Services business requires a temporary HR Assistant for approximately 3-4 months. You'll be a personable, presentable and friendly person and will be flexible and willing to undertake a variety of tasks, including: Administering the interview and onboarding processes for new starters Organising interviews and overseeing candidate testing where required Dealing with a variety of HR-related queries and fielding inbound calls to the HR department Assisting the HR Manager with the re-organisation of current HR processes Letter writing and routine staff correspondence. Some prior HR experience is required, ideally in a white-collar, professional environment, and you will need to be professional and conscious of confidentiality issues as you'll be working with sensitive data and will be sitting in the Executive Suite with the senior leadership team. You'll be the kind of person who is keen to help and resourceful as often you may need to gather information from different sources. This is expected to be a 3-4 month temporary assignment.
