Overview
AJ Chambers has been exclusively retained by an International firm to search for a Corporate Finance Partner. This is a unique opportunity build and grow a small/mid cap Capital Markets Advisory Practice, working alongside very successful Corporate Finance and M&A advisory teams. If you meet the following requirements and are currently transacting in the London Cap markets space then please get in touch: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) though candidates with other relevant professional qualifications can be considered Significant experience transacting in a senior Capital Markets Corporate Finance Advisory role, gained either from Public Practice, Investment Bank or Corporate Broker Track record within the mid-market space Strong transaction structuring and execution experience Significant network within the NOMAD, Broker and PE community in London Strong leadership skills, having demonstrated the ability to grow and motivate high performing teams
