Overview

Excellent opportunity for a newly or recently qualified Corporate associate to join a well regarded and very cohesive City corporate team. The work will involve a wide range of M&A, venture capital and general corporate advisory work for a blue chip and cutting edge client base. Some prior TMT sector deal experience would be advantageous, although the partners are particularly interested in junior corporate M&A lawyers who are keen to play a proactive role in developing client relationships and who also have a demonstrable passion for the tech sector (whether or not they have much/any sector experience). Candidates will have trained and/or gained post qualification experience within another well regarded corporate team.
