This leading Wiltshire firm is currently experiencing rapid growth within its Commercial Team and therefore requires the addition of an experienced commercial property solicitor. This reputed and progressive firm in Swindon, Wiltshire, is experienced in handling commercial property matters and this position is a key appointment for the Commercial Property Department. In your role as commercial property solicitor, you will be managing a varied and interesting caseload of commercial property transactions. You will take on an existing caseload but will also be involved with business development and will, therefore, be a capable lawyer with the ability to help grow the department and progress within the business. You will be handling a range of clients including developers and financial institutions. You will have around 3 years' experience in commercial property matters and will have experience in developing business.
