Overview
An exciting opening has arisen for a commercial property paralegal to join a Legal 500 firm in its Real Estate Team based in the Swindon office. This role is suited to a paralegal with excellent communication skills, previous property experience and the ability to deal with a high volume caseload. Ideally, you will have commercial landlord and tenant work experience and have your CLT/Ilex qualification, or at least will beworking towards this. As part of this position, your responsibilities will include offering support to all partners and fee earners in the department, drafting documents, communicating with clients and dealing with other conveyancing formalities.
