Housing Development(Real Estate) Lawyer 5 To £££ Rare opening for a versatile real estate lawyer to work on development transactions for Housing Associations and Developers in forward funded agreements, section 106 disposals and site assembly structures. Previous experience within Social Housing Development (either working for Housing Associations or volume housebuilders) will advantageous. Ideally you will also have a knowledge of affordable housing products, regulation and procedures although this is not essential.
