Our clients, a successful niche Holborn firm, who have seen rapid growth over the past few years and have a unique business model have asked us to find them a further corporate commercial solicitor to join their them. About the Role Working in this highly regarded commercial team you will act and advise a diverse range of commercial and HNW clients on a number of matters, both domestic and cross border. They provide advice on: - Establishing business - Joint ventures - Mergers & acquisitions - Disposals - Corporate governance - Commercial contracts - E-commerce and IT Candidate Requirements They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates who have: - 2-3 years relevant PQE - A solid grounding in corporate and commercial law - Ambition and drive - Capable of working on their own initiative - From a similar status practice, or who has gained in-house business experience On offer This is a friendly firm with top quality work and high standards of client care.
