This is an outstanding opportunity for an established corporate law solicitor to join a high profile Nottingham based team with a national presence. My client can offer a team with a very strong level of technical expertise, along with an enviable client base which offers the chance to take the lead on high-value transactional and M&A work. Ideally, you'll have trained and gained experience at a top 100 UK Law firm and be attracted to living and working in the Nottingham area. You will have 4 years' PQE and be motivated by a broad caseload of M&A work, together with some Banking and Private Equity matters.
