Overview

Director of Finance & Corporate Services £55,000 benefits Nottingham Following a successful transformational renovation project, we require a capable, qualified Finance professional to deliver on the Financial obligations of this Nottingham institution. Duties will include Financial reporting to internal stakeholders and board members Sourcing and managing the delivery of financial systems and processes Oversee all banking, payroll and payment functions Lead and deliver the contracts and preferred supplier processes Create financial strategies, funding and annual budget plans Design and implement relevant analytics and reporting systems Skills and experience required CCAB Accounting Qualification or equivalent Demonstratable planning and accountancy experience Managing significant financial budgets (circa 10m) Experience within the heritage, charity or cultural sectors of interest Financial forecasting and modelling Experience managing income via trading companies and charitable trusts (GAOE, exhibition VAT recovery) advantageous The role would suit a commercially astute Accounts professional who is a strategic thinker with strong people skills. In return the role will deliver on a number of levels including the fact you will have significant influence in direction and execution of the Financial accountabilities of the organisation.
