My client is a high profile national firm based in Nottingham with an outstanding reputation. Very high-grade work is available as the firm now seeks to hire a corporate law solicitor. Working within the firm’s Corporate Team, you will advise clients on a range of transactional matters and actively participate in the team’s business development activities. You will have experience of acting on corporate finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions, in addition to drafting standard corporate documents such as articles of association, shareholders agreements and SPAs. This is an opportunity to become part of a successful and expanding Corporate Team, in which you will undertake big ticket transactional work and benefit from genuine support throughout your career development. You will be technically strong, having trained and gained experience at a comparable Top 100 UK law firm working alongside partners or senior associates of note.
