In-House Property Solicitor- Head of Conveyancing
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an In-house Property Solicitor to join the In-house team of a growing and successful Property business, based in London. The role would be ideal for an In-house Property Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience working in Residential property team. The business is offering high quality work and the opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced team, in addition to a competitive salary and benefits package. This successful Residential Conveyancer will work closely with the In-house legal team in supporting the business on all Legal matters relating to a residential property portfolio. You should expect to be involved in an interesting mix of work and have regular contact with a variety of departments across the business including senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for: Planning: Auditing the current processes Set out a clear roadmap Working with external law firms and suppliers Manage end to end conveyancing process Create and maintain clear prioritisation of a high-volume workload, ensuring purchases and sales are progressed in accordance with clients' requirements Direct and focus external solicitors for timely and effective progression Manage internal staff for timely and effective progression Handle all complaints in a timely manner Applications are invited from Residential Conveyancers with more than 3 years' experience working on a variety of residential property matters ideally In-house. Candidates will ideally have experience managing landlord & tenant and property management work and will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure.
