Childcare Solicitor or Legal Executive
Overview
This large full-service law practice is looking for a childcare solicitor or legal executive to join their busy team in Torquay, Devon. You will join one of the counties largest and well-established firms in a friendly and supportive team. You'll be encouraged to work together and continually build on an already strong reputation, with your focus on care proceedings and acting mainly for parents & grandparents. You may be a member of the Children Panel or working towards that, either way, you will be expected to conduct advocacy unless a very complex or lengthy case presents itself. As a childcare solicitor or legal executive, your caseload may also include more general family/matrimonial law, but childcare will be your main focus. Solicitors and legal executives with at least 2-3 years' prior family law experience (to include childcare) are encouraged to apply. This Torquay based role will be offered on a full-time basis and a competitive salary is offered depending on experience.
