Job Description
A beautiful privately owned outstanding rated nursery in a village near Haddenham & Thame have reopened and are looking for a new experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their team.The role is full time and the salary is competitive depending on experience.You must be level 2 or above in childcare & education, call Charlotte now for more information. You need to be hardworking and committed, have good communication skills, a passion for childcare and very high standards. They must be an excellent team player, willing to get involved in all aspects of the nursery, support others and make a difference, enhancing the service the nursery provides. You will be a key worker to a group of children, completing their EYFS diaries and carrying out observations. Individuals will need to have some experience of applying the EYFS, train on the job as required, and put into practise their skills learned from Level 2 or 3 qualifications. You will need to be comfortable working inside and outside and have the ability to deliver activities that cover the full spectrum of the EYFS. You will need to be confident to feed back to parents on a daily basis and will need to work as part of a team planning daily activities to develop all aspects of the children's individual development within the framework of the Early Years Foundation Stage. This is an excellent opportunity to work in childcare, providing care and support to the under 5s and creating a fun and happy environment for the children to play and learn. The role includes play work, activities, support with feeding, personal care and supporting the staff team with daily tasks.
