Overview
Litigation Lawyer An experienced qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive is required to join the Litigation department of a good standing High Street law firm within their office in Weston-Super-Mare. This firm have access to a high quantity of good quality work with which has resulted in the expansion of the Litigation department, They now need a hard working Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 3 Yrs experience to join them and assist with the continued growth of the department and firm. Working alongside a Senior Lawyer you will be required to manage your own varied caseload of Contentious matters including but not limited to; Property Litigation, Contract law, Professional Negligence and Contentious Probate. Previous experience of Contentious Employment law would be highly desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive who has 3 Yrs experience of managing a busy contentious caseload with little supervision. In addition to fee earning you will also be required to participate in business development and networking.
