A leading technology London based law firm are looking to recruit a Corporate lawyer, with a good technical background to join their firm on a Fixed term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a Top City Law firm on a contract basis. The Corporate practice has excellent work that may include corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and other mainstream corporate and company law work.
