Overview
Our client a leading property company based near Belsize Park is seeking to recruit a part-time Property Accountant to manage a portfolio of properties. Duties will involve: Producing the quarterly management accounts Processing Quarterly VAT Returns. Creating and sending rent demands to Tenants. Recharges and Service Charge Calculations. Chasing tenants for any outstanding amounts Producing the accounts for a portfolio of 40 properties General administration of banking matters including loan drawdowns, repayments and internet banking Service charges - preparation of accounts, sending demands and dealing with any queries Monthly sub-contractor tax reconciliation (training provided) The ideal candidate will have previous property accounting experience and will be seeking a part time opportunity allowing a work life balance.
