Overview

£32,000 Accounts Receivable job | Based in the West End | Luxury Restaurant Chain | Full time, Permanent Your new company Brand new vacancy at an up market restaurant business based in Oxford Circus. The business has over 70 sites all around the UK and and is continuing to grow. They boast a sociable friendly work environment and their offices are surrounded by great bars and cafes and transport links, Your new role You will be responsible for all reconciliations for all 70 sites. The company receives money through 4 separate streams including Amex, Cash, Credit Cards and vouchers. There is a very high number or transactions that you will reconcile covering all different streams. You will be investigating and resolving any discrepancies as well as posting some journals. Duties: Bank Reconciliations (Amex, Credit Card, Cash, Vouchers) Resolving queries Ad hoc billing Cash Allocation Liaising with clients Posting journals What you'll need to succeed You must have a minimum of 2 years within a reconciliation based role. You will need to have a strong background in reconciliations, ideally across a variety of streams. You will need to be conscientious, hard working and enjoy solving problems and getting to the bottom of things. A keen eye for detail is essential and if you come from a cash business this will be preferred What you'll get in return You will be rewarded with a very competitive salary of £30,000.
