Quality and Compliance Lead - Gloucester £35k Salary: £35K (negotiable dependent on experience) Location: Gloucestershire Company: Independent care provider- Covering a large Care service Amber Mace is currently recruiting a Clinical Compliance Lead to oversee a large complex care nursing and residential service within the Gloucestershire area. This is an exciting new role as you will monitor the quality and clinical governance for the company. You will work with the Directors of Care and Management to help build and create clinical excellence within their service. This role is perfect for someone with a strong clinical background that enjoys troubleshooting and monitoring quality and compliance. Job Requirements: • To oversee the clinical aspects for the service • To manage, develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision • Support the Director of Care and Registered Manager in meeting demands of the business. • To review/implement operational policies and procedures of the company. • To review clinical audits/improvement plans • Draw upon experience and background to provide support and guidance to colleague`s working within the service • Perform detailed audits of resident/patient care files, including review of judgments made with regards to individuals` care needs.
