Overview

Quality Assurance Consultant - Cambridge - ISO 13485 A growing medical devices company are currently looking for someone to join their quality assurance team, based in Cambridge, and work as a Quality Assurance Consultant. You will work within an established team, working on the quality assurance documentation for current medical devices and new technologies that are being developed. Specifically, you will be working to ISO 13485 standards and will need to have exposure to ISO 13485 standards already. The way you will work will including taking ownership of quality assurance projects, due to this if you have any project management experience in the past this would be ideal. Your team work closely with R&D teams, so any experience from a design, R&D or science background would be advantageous. In particular, it is expected that you would hold a degree within a life science, biomedical, bioengineering, engineering, design or other related subject before you moved into quality assurance. Knowledge of QMS Systems would be nice, however work in a quality assurance position working to ISO 13485 will be more important. This company has a successful track record of developing people's careers, so if there are gaps in your knowledge you will receive training, however you will already need to have worked to ISO 13485 standards.
