The successful Receptionist, will be working as part of a thriving and productive administration department. Where all the mail, photocopying, binding scanning and general administrative duties are performed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast pace environment and for a law firm who prides themselves on career progression and development. In this role as the Receptionist your key duties will include: • Receptionist duties • Data Entry • Filing • Archiving • Post distribution This is a part time, permanent position working hour Monday 12pm – 5.30pm, Thursday 12.30pm – 5.30pm & Friday 12pm – 5.30pm.
