2nd Line Deskside Engineer - Apple Mobile Devices Wokingham Market Rate The engineer will provide both support via BAU services and also through Tech Bar support, this will be predominately for Apple products and Lenova laptop devices. You will also be responsible for Windows 10 rollouts. Ticketing system that will be used is ServiceNow. Responsibilities Provide standard incident break fix support (Laptop \ desktop devices) Manage and deliver service requests, deploying desktop and laptop solutions to the client. Knowledge on Apple IPhone and IPad products be required to assist with Mobile Smart phones and Tablets advice and support.
