Overview
Senior Asset Configuration Management Analyst (SACM) The Asset and Configuration Analyst role will be to support across all functions of ITIL Asset Management. Working closely with the Change Management Team you will also be supporting the Business Service Managers, Service Desk, external clients and key suppliers/partners Your key responsibilities will include: The delivery of asset management in line with agreed global policy, process and procedures Ensuring you meet contract obligations Working with suppliers to ensure asset management is delivered to Operating Level Agreement Delivering Asset Management in line with ITIL Day Administration of the Asset Management Database (AMD) Highlighting errors in customer CI’s and relationships within the AMD Root cause analysis to continuously improve data accuracy Production of regular and ad-hoc reports related to Asset management Produce statistics on a daily and monthly basis Prepares reports on statistical information and process operation To be considered for this opportunity the key skills and experience required, includes: Asset or Configuration Management experience Time management Excellent Communication Skills Quality documentation and report writing ability. As an additional to your key skills, it would be a nice to have: 3rd party management ITIL v3 Foundation Knowledge of the working practices and infrastructure within Data Centres, Operations Centres and Service Desks If you are interested in this opportunity then please apply with your CV to David Eales.
