Payroll & Benefits Manager Job - Working for a Bank - Job based in London - Paying up to £85,000 Your new company A Financial Services business is looking for a motivated, personable Payroll & Benefits Manager to join their team based in the London headquarters on a sole charge basis. Your new role This is a newly created role due to company growth. You will be responsible for the full payroll process running the monthly payroll for 1000 employees across multiple regions in the UK. You will also be solely responsible for managing the benefits function. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a payroll manager / sole charge payroll role is essential. Experience within financial services or professional services is also essential. You must be hard working, confident in nature and committed to success with a strong desire to learn and build your skill set. This is a fast paced working environment with tight deadlines so it is essential that you are able to cope well under pressure and prioritise your workload. Experience managing benefits is also essential. What you'll get in return This is a 12 month FTC role paying up to £85,000 for the right candidate which further offers an excellent benefits package including an attractive holiday scheme, a 9% pension, season ticket loan and cycle to work scheme.
