This role, Payroll Manager (6 month contract - £40,000) , is an exciting opportunity to work for an international Retail company based in West London near to Hammersmith. Our client are keen to hire someone to start as soon as possible, and are looking to do interviews next week. This position has a high potential to become permanent after the initial 6 months. Client Details Our client are an international retail company based in West London. They have an urgent need for an experienced payroller to manage their payroll function and run the day to day tasks. They are specifically looking to hire someone into Finance for a payroll position. The role will initially begin as a 6 month fixed term contract, however there is a high potential of the role becoming permanent thereafter. Candidates applying must be experienced payrollers. Description This role, Payroll Manager (6 month contract - £40,000), involves: - Reporting directly into Finance Director - Processing the payroll for 1500 employees - Processing sick pay, holiday pay, maternity pay and overtime hours - Dealing with different fixed rates for different employees - Dealing with payroll queries in relation to specific overtime rates - Working with timesheets - Investigating discrepancies across timesheets vs hours worked - Accountancy focused and Financial Services backed - Based in West London - Paid monthly - Contract role Profile The candidate we are looking for, Payroll Manager (6 month contract - £40,000), must: 1. Have extensive payroll experience 2. Be immediately available or on 1 weeks notice Job Offer This role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with at least 3 years payroll experience to progress their experience.
