Amazing opportunity to take your career to the next level. Purpose of the Role: Don't be deterred by the title, this is not a sales role. However, you will need to be a strong communicator with good presentation skills. You will need these skills to bring your technical knowledge to the table to accompany key account managers on sales opportunities. You would need the ability to understand your client's current IT environment and propose the best B2B solution and associated configuration. Responsibilities Serve as principal technical liaison for resellers and channel partners. As well as provide the technical support for integration. Provide excellent tech product training to channel partners, operator teams and internal teams Develop sales documentation with the technical know how to support the operator and channel partners. Communicate and deliver solutions by liaising with global R&D teams, Product Management and 3rd party partners. Skills and Attributes: You will need plenty experience with Enterprise Mobility Solutions gained from channels. For example, operators and IT resellers. Experience in launching and supporting mobile solutions for B2B2C and SMB markets. You will need strong project management skills and the ability to multitask different projects. University degree in engineering or something closely related (a period of industrial experience may be considered). Experience working for a global company, dealing with a multiple of cultures and time zones.
