Global law firm with 32 offices seeks experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Manager - UK/International Your new company I am working closely with a global Law firm which has over 32 offices across EMEA, Asia, America and the Middle East, specialising in advisory, dispute resolution and liability. With a continued drive to become the best Law firm in all aspects, they are now looking for an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to establish and grow this function across all UK and International offices. Your new role Reporting into the HR Director and partnering with key Stakeholders, you will be responsible for: Partnering with Stakeholders to establish the business goals and strategy whilst managing all aspects of the CSR programmes Work in unison with the Global HR Directors/ Managers to deliver the global strategy Devise new CSR initiatives - conception to completion Appoint and establish strong relationships with selected charities whilst working on smaller community projects - ensuring continuity across other offices Utilise your knowledge of sustainability and procurement to lead the implementation of global trends in line with the overall business strategy/ ethical values Asses, design, procure, deliver - This role allows you to develop this recently established function into a leading, beneficial purpose for the entire company What you'll need to succeed Experience working for a Law firm - Preferably International (strong Professional Services experience may be considered) Experience of creating and delivering Corporate Social Responsibility programmes The ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff at all levels Excellent written communication skills Experience working with different geographical locations incl. cultures The ability to influence leaders and a strategic thinking - gravitas Experience managing budgets, suppliers and projects What you'll get in return Salary to be disclosed to suitable candidates What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
