Analytics Manager- Remote Working London Up to £90,000 plus extensive bonus and benefits Harnham are partnered with a high growth FinTech start-up who are seeking an Analytics Manager to work on their marketing and customer insight projects. This high growth tech company have rapidly grown in the last few months and are hiring new analysts due to expansion. The business is looking to advance their analytics function and reduce churn rates, improve targeted customer communications and increase revenue. Your analysis will have a major effect on this rapidly growing brand. You will work on huge datasets with millions of customers within one of the best FinTech brands in London. You will be the team lead for analytic as well as working closely with the CEO and other stakeholders in the C-Suite. You will identify trends in the data and also help with financial forecasting and forecasting key business metrics. Analytics Manager- Remote Working Working in a highly advanced analytics function and perform deep dive analytics Use SQL/R/Python daily to analyse millions of rows of data to help drive revenue Assess the impact of loyalty schemes and develop new strategies alongside the C-Suite Work cross functionally with marketing, data science and finance teams to help drive analytics and insight based decisions Work on customer acquisition and customer retention projects You will be a part of advanced analytics work too e.g. modelling and personalisation You don't have to tick all of the boxes but some of the following would be relevant: You will have commercial experience in SQL and R/Python You will ideally have had exposure to retention and acquisition strategies You will have experience within customer insight and marketing functions Ideally you will have experience analysing customer, transactional and/or online data Salary and Benefits The successful candidate can expect to earn up to £90,000 Please note that our client is currently running a fully remote interview process, and able to on-board and hire remotely as well. This role is intended to be home working for the foreseeable future.
