Overview
Our client, an established charity, is looking to recruit a Corporate Communications Manager to develop and deliver a broad and engaging corporate communications strategy to raise the profile of the organisation's work. The role will entail managing a programme of profile-raising PR that supports the organisation's values, mission and purpose. As a spokesperson for the organisation's brand, the successful candidate will deliver an integrated communications plan to celebrate the organisation's drive to support equality, diversity and inclusion in the science sector. The role will also entail liaising on the delivery and evaluation of communications campaigns across teams. The right candidate will have a strong background in the creation of influential and multi-channelled campaigns for stakeholder audiences. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills are crucial to this role, alongside good project management skills with particular regards to timekeeping. As an ambassador of the organisation, the right candidate will be able to liaise with the media to create a positive portrayal of the organisation and its programmes.
