Overview
Job: HR Coordinator Location: Loudwater Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Our client, a well respected employer, is looking for an HR Coordinator to work in its busy and professional HR department. You will support the team in delivering excellent service to the business, ensuring a "right first time" approach. You will be the "go to" for information on the training and education of the HR Associates in policies and processes. You will provide support to managers and employees with queries on all people related matters including escalation as appropriate to other members of the HR teams. The ideal candidate will have commercial experience ideally working in a shared services team, you will have CIPD Level 5 or the equivalent practical work experience, have a good understanding of HR within a business.
