Overview
HR Officer Birmingham City Centre £25,000 - £30,000 A leading business is seeking a highly credible and commercially focused HR Officer to join an established HR function in order to provide a truly generalist service. Based from Head Office in Birmingham City Centre, you will provide a highly proactive HR service to a diverse internal customer base of less than 100 employees. Due to the environment and nature of the business, you will focus on Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement as your primary areas of focus. Reporting in to the Head of the function you will ensure that HR continues to add a true value-add service to the business, working closely with staff at all levels to address areas of concern. To be considered for this role you will: Be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or studying towards); Have experience in terms of dealing with Employee Engagement (as this is a blank canvas at the moment); Be commercially minded, curious, seek to make improvements and not feel the need to be handheld; Have a stable career history having shown growth and development in the roles that you have held.
