Overview

A global legal firm are looking for a L&D Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for: Schedule and advertise seminars with the L&D Managers responsible for the core curricula Capture and record CRR attendance for internally organsied seminars Liaise with speakers/trainers, facilities and caterers Produce seminar materials and supervise the production of the seminar on the day Assist the Head of L&D and Global Head of L&D as required Budget and invoice administration including approving invoices for payment, organising and attending budget meetings with finance and practice area groups Support and administration of CPD/training records at busy periods As the L&D Coordinator, you will possess: Experience in a learning and development/HR admin role, preferably within a partnership/professional services environment Scheduling, organising and administration experience IT proficiency Experience with budget management and learning management systems is desirable Strong communication, organisational and team-work skills essential Self-motivated and eager to learn
