Overview

A leading FMCG business based in Chiswick are looking for an International Mobility Manager to join their wider Human Resources and Personnel team Client Details FMCG Description MISSION OF THE INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY MANAGER ROLE: You will own and be the expert on process management for all categories of International workers linked to the UK and Ireland region - inbound, outbound and commuter, owning local implementation of the International mobility policy and guidelines - advising the HR community and assignees as appropriate. Company tools, policies and procedures must be learnt, adhered to and followed for consistency and fairness of treatment of employees. You will work in partnership with the International Mobility team in Europe, your IMM counterparts in other regions and external tax advisors to build and agree appropriate IM packages in accordance with company policies and ensure payroll and tax compliance for the company. You will own the supplier relationships with our relocation and immigration agents and tax advisors, proactively managing service level excellence and driving for compliance and continuous improvement. As the main point of contact for assignees, your role blends compliance, consistency and customer service with a clear focus on delivering a smooth and worry-free experience for assignees and HR stakeholders. KEY CHALLENGES: You will build relationships, trust, expertise and influence a wide range of stakeholders across local and global sections of the business. You will support, advise and guide HR Directors and Business Partners as a respected subject matter expert. Does not shy away from straight talking and clear communication. The business is fast-paced with changing priorities, so adaptability and strong prioritization skills are important to ensure you deliver on the immediate operational needs of the business and longer-term project work, with a mindset of proactive continuous improvement. You will work closely with the UK & Ireland Reward team to ensure the needs of International Mobility is represented and understood in HR Admin and payroll processes and the annual people cycles, such as Salary Review. Profile Candidate Profile for the International Mobility Manager in Chiswick: Mindset to strive for excellence in International Mobility - in terms of compliance and customer service - to International assignees Knowledge of current local laws, regulations and procedures governing compensation and benefits, taxation, ideally having worked on IM across both UK and Ireland Strong adaptability and ability to cope with ambiguity & pace of change Great people skills, able to quickly build trust and rapport Excellent stakeholder management, able to advise & challenge managers at all levels Experience of managing third party suppliers, comfortable with tracking supplier KPI's Rigour and commitment to excellence, with very good attention to detail Exceptional analytical skills Sense of curiosity and a desire to problem solve and spot the opportunities for continuous improvement Able to think things through for impact, take initiative and lead others to drive and manage projects Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups, volume workload, confidentiality and discretion Job Offer Competitive Package
