Overview

Multivac UK is a demanding, results driven, operational environment that is primarily delivering capital equipment and associated services and consumables to customers in the FMCG industry. Consequently, in the business, change is the only constant. The Business has experienced significant growth over the last three years - doubled the revenue and almost 60% of the 156 strong headcount has joined in the last three years, and they want to continue this growth in the same vein for the next three years. Due to maternity of a superb HRBP, Henlee Resourcing has been tasked to find a degree, A-Level or apprentice educated HR Business Partner, who is bright, ambitious and keen to drive the business to the next level. This role is the lynchpin in the team and even as a FTC you'll need to be embedded in the business and adding value - and fast Multivac UK is relatively new to the concept of commercial HR (it's only been around in the business for the last 7 years) and as such, the environment can be both challenging and rewarding in equal measure. The HR Team are a close knit, they are all passionate about HR and the value it can bring to organisations. They are all focused on "keeping it real" with pragmatic, practical solutions as well as leading the way for HR at both a UK and a group wide level. Some of the team mantras include: "If you can't say it on one page, you don't know it well enough", "how do we get to yes?", "if it's worth doing, it's worth doing perfectly", "if it's not in the business plan, why are we doing it?" "what happens in the team stays in the team" and "let's not get run over by this bus again". From this buzzing HR bunch, you can expect all the laughter you can handle, as well as great challenge and support. They may not be about the pink and fluffy, but they are all about the delivering the wow experience and generating real engagement with the function.
