Payroll & Benefits Manager £55,000 to £65,000 Bonus - City My client is a global leader in its market within Banking and seek an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to be the lead on this offering. Due to a growth in the firm, they are in pursuit of a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join them in driving the payroll function of their new entity to success. To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must: have proven ability to work in a sole role be able to process a low volume, but high income value payroll have strong vendor management skills be well aquainted with benefits management enjoy a hybrid role extending to HR admin and ER related activities as and when be able to work authomously be service driven and able to build the payroll reputation in the wider business Exposure to international/expat payroll and ADP will be highly regarded, but not essential.
