Overview
L&D & Graduate Development Manager I have an exciting new opportunity with a boutique FS firm based in Canary Wharf. Do you have experience building out an L&D function with the added experience of graduate and apprenticeship schemes? If so, this could be the role for you. My client is a newly created firm less than a year old and keen to secure their first L&D Manager. In this role you'll be required to develop an L&D strategy appropriate for the organisation. You'll work with the Recruitment Manager to oversee the graduate recruitment scheme with particular focus on the training and qualification regime. Additional responsibilities include managing the organisations L&D and Performance Management offerings plus the professional qualification policy. This is a hybrid role requiring someone with the design and delivery focus across the breadth of Learning and Development. You will need a strong grasp of e-learning and the various technological platforms that are now available. You will ideally have experience of the financial services industry and the training regime that goes with a regulated environment (working with Risk & Compliance).
